Your store hours indicate that you’re open until 6:30 PM. Then why is it 11:36 AM and you are closed? There’s a sign on the door that says, out for lunch: be back at 12:30. If that’s your choice, you should update the information on Google maps, so that we don’t come here and then have to come back an hour later. I understand that because of the pandemic, sometimes staffing levels have been reduced, and I understand that you need to take a lunch. However, you need to inform us. I just spent a half hour riding to your store, and now I have to come back again later. I’m not a happy customer.

If you need a notary, go somewhere else. There is only 1 employee who have her notary license. I double checked the website to make sure I didn’t waste my time walking in if I needed an appointment. Confirmed no appointment necessary and the notary hours are listed the same as the stores. My husband and I walk over only to be told by a sweet girl that we’d be assisted. The other woman (who has the notary license) immediately said she was off the clock and would not do it. I informed them that the website doesn’t state any of that information and the sweet girl stated that while it doesn’t say it online, the only notary they have is that woman- so she gets to dictate when she does it. Mind you, she was there helping another customer but was supposedly Off the clock. This is the second time I’ve encountered that employee (not the sweet one) and have been disappointed with her customer service- brash, and basically rude.

Service is typically quick and helpful, I usually go around 5 p.m. when I’m leaving for work and there’s always a gentleman working that is very nice and accommodating.
