I honestly write very few reviews and usually when I’m mad. (Don’t we all?) But my service today (a Sunday) was outstanding! It was extraordinarily busy, with lines out the door and then some. But the woman helping me (Gabriella, I think I heard her say on the phone? Maybe? I could be wrong.) was amazing. She was alone in the store and had to deal with all these people that were coming in by the drove, but she never got flustered or upset. I am moving across country (close to 3,000 miles) and found I had all this ‘stuff’ that simply didn’t fit in my car, so I dragged it in piecemeal and she packed it well, answered my questions patiently, gave me options and remained friendly and warm the entire time. She profusely and repeatedly apologized to those waiting, but not in a plaintiff way, but in a manner to let them know she would be helping them soon. Everyone in the store seemed charmed by her and were totally willing to wait. I tried to give her time and let the line thin out, but it never did. I normally dread going to the UPS Store. Now I’ll dread it even more, because I know I’ll never find this quality of service again at another UPS Store.

I wish I could give negative stars. Worst manager ever! She Has a terrible attitude! I will tell everyone not to come to this location! They charge for everything and changed all policies since they changed owners. Elesita was willing to work with people. These people don’t budge. I was told that if I didn’t like the new policies, I can close out my mailbox. I will go out of my way to the riverside location! Amazing customer service there and very helpful and friendly there.

Its clearly a whites only UPS store. Girl looked at me like I was already wating her time, and just walked in. Started to tell her wha I needed and phone rang she answered and turn her bac to me.. I had to goto the one in Kingsburg to send my package off, UPS if u read this the chick with long dark hair needs to go. I haven’t felt that much negatively from sumone in my life
