One word describes that annie chick. DECEPTIVE. PLAN AND SIMPLE. SHE WOULD GIVE MY MAIL TO SOME FAMILY WITH MONEY IN EAST BAKERSFIELD. THEY ARE HATING ON .AND WOULD WANT MY MAILTO KEEP TABS ON ME. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MAIL FROM EDD WHEN I SIGNED UP LAST YEAR NOR NONE WHEN I GOT CUT OFF THIS YEAR. MAIL WOULD BE 10 TO 20 DAYS OLD WITH IRON MARKS IN IT. This location is excellent! The staff is excellent! The manager, (Annice) went above and beyond my expectations!! (I was in the store the day before and was in a less than desirable mood .) She killed it with kindness!! Made my 2nd visit all the better!
