Given wrong prices for self printing by associate. When the associate found out correct price and told me, I went to canel. I was charged 2$ for accessing computer! They refused to refund or give me store credit.The associate was pointing at the price sheet and read it to me, stating 20 cents per page, the associate said both sides for 20cents. There was nothing posted about the $2 charge for accessing computer.Very unhappily with this nickel and dime, f’ the customer practice.

I would give negative stars if I could for the entire organization. They lost the package I was shipping. No one can give a consistent answer regarding where it is or what happened. Only get offers of “you can file a claim”. This does nothing to replace my lost item and the time spent trying to chase it down. The UPS center in Visalia is worthless for solving problems. They just deflect and say it’s the UPS STORE, not us.Update: They are worse than I thought. The UPS Store is not helpful at all. They even said they are NOT UPS, since they are a third party, so they are completely unwilling to help. I highly recommend using another carrier. UPS corporate did not deliver the package that I paid for, and refuses to refund my money. It’s basically I license to steal

I went inside of this store in a complete hurry, needing a lot of various things and I wasn’t really sure how to get it done or if it could even be done. When it comes to electronics, I’m completely out of my league. While inside I received assistance by a gentleman named Sammy.What an absolute pleasure it was to come across someone so knowledgeable and friendly. He bent over backwards to assist me and also found ways to get everything I needed complete when I didn’t think it was possible. I needed several things and he saw to it that everything was complete when I left.This young man actually turned my bad mood into a good one and had such a positive impact on my day, not to mention he assisted me and completed every single thing I went in to do, including items I didn’t think could be done.Sammy is a fantastic asset to UPS and I’m hoping that the right person reads this review and realizes what a dedicated and loyal employee they have working for them. As a business owner myself, I would want someone to take the time to let me know what went on when I wasn’t around, therefore I am writing this review. This is something that I don’t believe I’ve ever done but this employee is definitely worth investing in. He is someone that truly takes pride in the company and I’m sure will go far if given the opportunity.I’m from a different state and here on business. This was my first time at this UPS and I will be going back for all of my business needs while I’m here.
