I mostly do all my chores online as much as possible but because I needed a notary I decided to do all my business in store. I came in to print my documents off my USB and I was told to print at the printing station but none of which were able to read my USB. I told them about the issue and the older lady simply said, “I don’t know it always does that.” I didn’t respond to that comment but in my head I’m thinking “Then why not fix it for the sake of your business.” So after a couple of work around I couldn’t manage to get a print. In a last bit of hope I asked, “so is there no other method of getting it printed here?” The older lady snapped at me, “What? I’m sorry I can’t help you if you can’t communicate.” Unprofessional comment. What exactly about that sentence was blurry to you? Was it because of my mask? Simply ask me to repeat myself. I went over to Staples for a quick 4 minute print job. Not coming here.
