I sent my mum an Easter gift box from Boston to California for an early Easter gift. She never got it, they kept saying they would deliver the package for a week. Today when she called a man said it was going to be delivered, a few hours later my mum called again and the woman said it had been picked up by her. She is handicapped who does drive nor can walk. They gave her the run around, and told her two different things the same day. Completely unprofessional untrustworthy place, take your business else where!!! How dare them take advantage of peoples packages.
