Prepaid 1 year only to find out the owners, not UPS, have a no refund policy!

The service was fast, makes returns from Amazon easy , that’s for sure. Not too crowded and was overall a pretty fast interaction. A little small to be able to distance, though.

Tried to charge me for an Amazon drop off. Another review mentioned this as well? Are they trying a bit of a side hustle? I tried to show him where it said free return on my Amazon prime account but he just kept saying call amazon. I also had a Zappos return but I forgot one piece of tape. Of course, the guy said I had to buy the whole roll. Now I get that a store cannot just go giving out free stuff but geez, it was one piece of tape. I said thanks but I would go somewhere else. He said they were closed anyway. It was 2:45 on a Saturday. I did not see a closed sign. The door was open when I walked up to it. I will not say the guy was rude because he was not, but it is just not a place that sees its customers as a necessary part of the process. More of of a you should just be grateful attitude.

Asked to print one page and they printed all pages and wanted to charge me for it. They only took a dollar off and I couldn’t be bothered to argue. Rather leave a review.
