Omg! I couldnt believe I ignored all of the bad review about this place. The employee here is sooo soo rude. I dont think they have the work ethic in customer service. I came here for Amazon return and did not understand why I had two seperate items but it showed one sảm QR code. The old lady kept confronting me i gave her the same code and demanding me for different code. But once the code was scanned, it disappeared. She kept telling me I was not UNDERSTAND her which clearly I tried to explained to her that I cant get the code anymore. She completely ignored what I explain. I even asked her what does she want me to do at this point and she said she does now know. The arguing kept going on until the younger employee came and try to solve the problem. She finally find out the reason why it showed duplicate QR code and explained it to me which clearly not my fault. I did not know Amazon created 1 QR code for two different items if I purchused them together. So if the older lady employee works there she should have known and explained it before raising her voice.Bad bad place to be for such a small business like this. I think this employee should be train on how to handle basic customer service and not yelling and pointing finger at the customer.

Rude employee. I understand not all employees may be as rude as the one I encountered but the man who was working this morning was clearly ignoring me for some reason. I was next in line and he began putting boxes away until another lady walked in. He came back to the register so I walked up but he began conversing with the lady behind me.I was there to just drop off a package that already had a return label. All he had to do is scan my package and give me a recipe. I don’t know what prejudice he had against me to show such discrimination.
