Called 3 times, immediately been put on hold each time. Waited over 45 minutes, no one pick up the line, so I kept calling back from different phone. Frustrating in getting service from this location if you have phone inquiries.This store posted in store FREE FACE COVERING for seniors 65+ in age. I saw 2 seniors in their 80’s asked the owner during their visit in store AND he brushed them off as not willing to offer. I think the elderly couple were embarrassed by the attitude. Unfriendly place!

Great experience past 2 times I’ve been there. Was greeted upon entering store…Carlos was helpful lifting a heavy item I had to return, props to him! This place is more spacious than other UPS locations, clean, ample parking, and a great location with other businesses in the plaza. This is my go to UPS store for future business!
