I have been calling for a couple of days within the hours they are open and they never answer! Today I got someone in the line and when I told them I was just checking to see if they still had a package I had to go pick up he said he didn’t understand my question, so I repeated my question and he said you want to pick up a package? Asked for my last name and then said yeah I have one for you and hanged up. Very rude. He sounds like and older person you would think he would have better customer service.

I had a very bad experience today. This guy at the ups store was so rude. I asked him a simple question about how to post the mail and he got mad. He needs a temper management therapy. Or if he doesn’t like his job he can quit. I won’t go back there anymore. Not recommend
