This is an excellent UPS store. Erik is a very helpful employee. Whenever I see he’s working I’m very happy, since he always provides the best service. Store has a great location also.

This store is small but located in a very convenient spot. It’s close to South Coast and the employees are fast helping. There is also another UPS that stays inside the Staples that opens 24/7. For QR code scanning, it can be done in store in this location (not at the UPS inside Staples).

Their employees need better training. I clearly told the girl at the counter I was sending a bottle of whisky to my brother, she processed the label and I went home. When I got home I got a call from the manager saying they’re not allowed to ship alcohol, so I had to drive back and collect my package and get my card refunded. I’m not upset at their policy, I just think the employees should know it.
