I’ve been here many times and they’re always very helpful and quick. For the people leaving negative reviews about supplies, they need to understand that this business has to pay for that stuff and can’t give it away for free all the time. Amazon returns barely pays anything to ship so you’re actually costing them money when you don’t have everything. Wow I had to post about my interaction with Jimmy at UPS store. This kid is the rudest person I’ve ever encountered at a ups store. I’ve never seen someone so mad about having a job. Hey management it’s his job to take amazon returns, and provide service with a smile and say thank you please have a nice day, not roll his eyes and huff and puff at you as the customer. You need to get rid of this guy he’s bad for your business, not the first complaint I’ve seen here or help about him either.Avoid

I have been coming to this UPS store in Rancho Mission Viejo for nearly a year now. The staff is always courteous and the convenience keeps me coming back. I avoid the post office by using the USPS services here and when i have an Amazon return, super easy for drop off. Because of all this, i also got a mailbox at this store and the service is top notch. Especially during these Covid-19 times, they have taken the proper precautionary measures to make sure everyone stays safe inside the store. Support the local small businesses!
