I went to the store as it opened on a Monday morning to send an important package to Seattle. Paid over $27 to ship it 2 day mail. On Thursday, Day 3, it was still in southern California! The UPS tracking site said We’ve incorrectly sorted this package… This was not a Covid issue or excuse. When I returned to the store on Thursday morning they refused to refund my money. Unbelievable that they not only failed to deliver my package in less than 4 days but they refused any refund. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Walk across the street to the mailbox store and use them.
