A very nice gentleman (I believe his name was Phil) helped me mail some handmade baby gifts to my friend in Canada. He was so patient and helpful, really made sure everything was taken care of. Let me know that sometimes shipping to Canada can be tricky, but the package arrived early and with 0 issues!I have been to this location before with no problems as well. Will use them again for sure.

It’s unbelievable how they penny pinch at this place. Charging $2.50 to print a label for me. Yes, it took them all a 4mins. I guess you gotta make money somewhere. Yeah, I could have gone somewhere else. Not good business sense though. It’s like getting charge $3 for 50 cent stamp.

I am 71 and have lived in Costa Mesa since 1960. I have never had a problem with your service at the Costa Mesa Courtyards, until the last three times, when the same employee (he said his name was Erik, dark hair, dark skin, has embarrassed me for not having an app on my phone when returning an Amazon product. He actually said out-loud, I told you last time to download an app. He did not have the patience to type the numbers because I had the wrong angle on my screen and it was was blue. I said I’ll try and get my daughter to help me, but she said, mom, you don’t have an android or i-phone. He just gave me a disgusted look.It was 10:30am, Sunday morning, no one in line.
I cannot afford an android or an I-phone. I have a hand-me-down and I really tried politely to explain, when he then repeated my words and imitated my voice with a tone of hatred and then told me to go somewhere else and he turned and just walked to the back of the store. I then asked the other young man, (bleached blonde hair) if he could help and that’s when Eric came back and entered the numbers for my Amazon return. I said thank you, sir and by the way what is your name? He said Erik. I will never return for fear of being humiliated. No respect for his elders much less, customers. Bad temper and foul mouth.
