In front of other customers and two staff Amanda implied that I lied. It was embarrassing. When I returned to the store to complete the transaction with proof I hadn’t lied, I requested an apology. She said that she had acted professionally, treated me courteously and owed me no apology. When I got upset she told me the she was human, I was not allowed to get upset at her and that she was refusing me service.OK, taking my business elsewhere. All she had to do was apologize for embarrassing me in front of the customers and staff. I’m human too.
