I visited the UPS store on Park boulevard today and was so pleased with my experience! I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to get a notary to help me with my needs on a Sunday. I called in advance and the person on the phone was very polite and helpful. Her name was Mari-Tina. when I got there in person she made the whole experience smooth and way less painful than I expected. It was a really enjoyable and pleasant experience. The other member of the team that was there today did not help me directly but he was also very kind. Thank you for a great customer service experience!
