On a Friday they promised me overnight delivery for Saturday at 8pm latest to the tune of $72.33. At 8am on Saturday I get notice that it will be delivered Monday afternoon. When I went in to get a partial refund they told me it was sent by USPS and I would have to contact them for a refund as they couldn’t do anything about it.She even said to me that they can’t really guarantee overnight delivery anymore due to the pandemic. Baloney. That store owner could have done the right thing a franchisee’s hands are never tied. They shouldn’t be selling a service that they can’t deliver. DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!

I came in to the store today for my husband. Wasn’t sure how to send out a package. Phones ringing a line to the door. She went above and beyond with customer service. I left feel happy! I was greatful she helped me out. Thanks for being so awesome! I will definitely return to this store.
