If you get a notification saying your package is ready for pick up dont bother going to get it that day.. The manager informed me that their new policy is that you cant pick up your package unless they have sorted that all the packages for that day. There was no one in the store but myself, her and her 3 employees and I asked kindly if they could just grab my package but she refused. She wasted my time and did not care at all its very irritating because me and my family have been using this mailbox for over a decade now and you’d think they’d treat their customers with a little bit more respect.

Update your time on GMAPs if you are going to close an hour early. My business relies on sending items out, hope your organization can understand the trouble not having the right store times on GMAPs causes. Thank you(Closes at 4pm on Sat during pandemic. Sign on door is accurate which I appreciate, but please update on GMAPs for people driving to the store who have not seen the sign right?)
