Amazing Customer services. Martin was super helpful. I went in just to make sure I did not complicate the process by changing delivery status online late this morning. I was in desperate need of the Modem as my children are doing online school. He left to the back to check when the package would be delivered or available for pick up, and he resurfaced with the package. That small gesture was life changing for me and my families day. Always go to this location. However, on 9/23/2020, I went to send out some very sensitive documents, and the lady assisting me did not know what she was doing. Long story short, envelope went missing, despite the request for signature confirmation. A claim was filed, and the envelope is still nowhere to be found. Given the importance of the documents inside, it does not matter whether I am given a refund for the sender fees or not. They need to find my documents, which they have not. Very disappointed. Strongly recommend asking one of the managers to help you out if you plan on sending out sensitive information.
