I used to love this store until recently… They have a new hire (I think) and he does not care about anything except going home. Granted I came in last five minutes before closing which I’ve done 100 times due to work and I had three simple Amazon returns he screwed them all up now I have to go through Amazon bs… Long story short “you’re only as good as the people that work with/for you”… this new hire, brought the store from five(+5)stars to a negative one -1.

I go to this store very often – at least twice a week, and always get an excellent service. But today, to my surprise, it was an awful experience. So bad that I have to walk out of the store without giving them the business. I don’t want to write the name of the young associate who not only lacks customer service skills but also doesn’t know how to speak politely. I even have to ask her if she is new so I can help her (because even I know the whole process) after her so many mistakes she even never said sorry for her service, which was way below the average.Owner, are you reading this? I’ll give another chance to your store, and hope not to have the repeat of this.
