Absolutely rude and unprofessional people there!I will never EVER have a mailbox in this locationI should read all the reviews here BEFORE signing at that locationThere is a lady there that apparently she the one put the mail in the boxes and i have lost so many mails BECAUSE she placed it in the wrong box and obviously it was picked up by someone else who sent it back to the senderThis happened to me at least 5 timesAnd when i complained… that rude lady was unreal!I don’t understand how ups allowing that woman to work and ruining their reputationMore then that … if you paid for a box in advance…. in your dreams they will cancel and give you your money back!Stay away from this location….. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to just go somewhere else
