If you have an Amazon return take it to another store. I dropped off a package to be returned to Amazon. Four days later Amazon says they are still waiting for my return and there is no indication I have returned it to UPS. I ask the manager for help and she informs me that they are not accountable for anything after the item is dropped off. I then tell her I will call Amazon together so we can straighten out the problem. The store manager then says she will not talk to Amazon about the problem and is going to call the police for causing a disturbance. (I was not offered a receipt. I left the store to get money since I was charged for taping the package and when I returned the employee was already helping someone else.)

I have been at this location many times – driving 15 or 20 minutes out of my way just to go to this UPS location. I love the owner and the staff. Elizabeth is my favorite! Shehelped me with an urgent package yesterday. She always goes above and beyond!
