No communication and extremely difficult people that do not listen.

I came to the store to pick up a package because I got an email notification saying if I didn’t it would get sent back. I called first to confirm they had it and showed up about 30 minutes later. The employee refused to look in the outgoing mail and told me I would just have to come back after the driver looked through everything. But she didn’t take down my name or the tracking number or anything. So I asked to speak to the manager who was actually standing next to us in earshot. I told her I can’t just accept a well get back to you it will just get sent back you don’t have any of my information. I let her know that trying to shoe me off wasn’t ok and the least she could do was make an attempt. She said she was busy with customers yet there were 4 employees and no other customers at that moment and I had been there as people came and went and I actually also happened to be a customer. The other employee tried to interrupt us and I told her we didn’t need her help anymore. At that point the young male employee threatened me with physical harm. So extremely unprofessional this store is the worst.

This is a basic UPS Store. Everything you’d expect from a UPS store is available at this location. There are a lot of reviews on here from self-entitled douche bags that think the employees here have to treat them like royalty. Guess what? They don’t. All transactions (no matter the business) are the same : keep your receipt and anything you’d need as proof… Then you’ll be just fine. If you are irresponsible and lose your proof of transaction, then it’s your fault and definitely not any employees.Side note: UPS and Amazon are not the same company. It’s not the responsibility of UPS to carry abnormally large boxes. If you want to return the thing Amazon sent you? Perhaps send it back in the box they shipped it to you in… It’s super simple.Grow up and stop blaming others.

This is the worst printing service store I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Very unprofessional. They refused me service because of my circumstances and I need for accommodations. They or not only ignorant to their own policies but to the California and Pasadena civil rights laws in which they need to provide accommodations for those with certain exemptions. After refusing me service I asked him if they have any other reasonable accommodations for me in a flat out said no. And this is the second time they have done this. They will be reported and I hope nobody goes to the store.
