Honestly, the staff here is remarkable. I am in here at least twice a week printing, mailing, etc. and always have a great experience. Staff acknowledge your presence when you walk in the door and always make it easy and quick to get out the door and on your way. Much appreciated. I will keep coming back.

I’d recommend going to another location if you don’t want to be nickel and dimed for every little item they help you with. I was shipping a return that was supposed to be free. They charged for staff to obtain the label I sent them via email, print out the email and for the tape on my package. I’ve never been charged that at any other UPS location or FedEx for that matter.

I come in to this UPS store on second street frequently and get the best service. Kov has been so patient, and understanding, and really knows his stuff. I couldn’t expect more if he owned the store. It is rare to get real customer service anymore, as if one individual really matters, he accomplishes that in spades. He is very professional, and takes pride in his job.Thanks again!
