After reading all the latest, poor reviews. I was apprehensive to come to this location. I rarely write reviews but felt I needed to. Seems there’s been some changes within the employees. I had the BEST experience this morning. I needed to drop off a package and get a Passport picture. The 2 young men who helped me, were more than helpful and extremely kind. I was in and out quickly without issue!! A big thumbs up to them!

I dropped off two returns for amazon on 12/30. The first item was picked up and returned with no problem. The second items, two PS 4 games were not. The UPS Store said the package was picked up for sure, but when I filed a claim with UPS they closed the investigation and said there was no pick up of the package. Very suspicious, especially since it was video games. In the meantime, I’m out the money.
