The best UPS store I’ve been to. The staff is so quick and effective. They get things done and know how to do a great job. I’m usually always in and out, but if there’s a line sometimes you can’t avoid it. They do their best to be as quick as possible, and I’ve never waited over 5-10 minutes in that store, but it’s usually always under 2 minutes. They don’t make you wait here, the minute they see you they’re helping you. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff, I don’t like going to any other location now.

Complete and utter RIPOFF!!Went in with a package to be shipped as I live nearby. The clerk measured and told me shipping packing and box would be about $225. I walked out. Went to Fed Ex the next day in Agoura Hills and the package with shipping and extra charge for larger box was $68.As its Malibu and your rent may be a little more its okay to charge a little more but almost 4 times, give me a break. You should be ashamed but doubt you are.Don’t worry you will never see me again but surely will continue to rip everyone else off!!
