Really busy at 5:30 pm on Monday. There were two people working to service 9 customers. The line was out the door. One of the parties at the counter had multiple packages and took a long time. But once he was done, then the line moved fairly quickly. I just had to process a return, so once I got to the counter, they just had to scan my barcode, print out the label, hand me my receipt, and then I was on my way.

Don’t have this UPS store pack anything you Don’t want broken. I expect them to be the experts in packing treasured things safety, but the expensive bonsai planter I had them pack and ship arrived today in 20 pieces.BTW I was charged $70 for packingVery Poor Packaging! Beware

The slowest notary ever, young girl who is distracted by what’s is going around. Took forever to complete the notary certificates, was keep asking her colleague if she is doing the correctly. Also a very expensive place if you need to print something. They charged over $3.00to print out a label for a customer.
