I’ve used this location for my mail for about 5 years now . I don’t know the employees by name and I can’t even tell you who the manager is because everytime I’ve been there these guys work as A team. So I’m happy with going and getting my mail or sending my packages as quick and as painless as possible I’ve never had to wait but I’ve never have been rude to anyone that works there. I’ve seen rude people talk down to the employees But everyone has a bad day I guess. I’ve never had any employee be rude to me. At any time .
