Staff were nice however this place charges fees for preparing a box! I have never paid a fee for a pre paid return except for at this location. So I have to pay a fee for you to pick it up and throw it in a pile? Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

I just walked out of this store and unfortunately my visit this time around was not the best. First, when I walked in I was not even acknowledged, as someone who also works in customer service that is the first thing you do when a customer walks in. Secondly, when I placed my package down to drop it off the person in the front desk asked if I need help, when I told her I came to drop off a package she RUDELY said “that’s not where it goes” instead of helping me. Even after she said that she still didn’t help, she waited for me to ask her where it goes. Just not a proper way to talk to a customer.
