Also might I say that they have limited parking — yeah the location is rough!

The team at this store deserves some love, including our local driver, Alex. Gabby and Edwin are always ready, always helpful and always fast. They both always make sure Ai have a receipt. Last week that came in very handy when a large corporation said I hadn’t shipped a box, when I had. From what I’ve read in the reviews, it seems like a number of people have unrealistic expectations of a tiny UPS Store. These are the UNSUNG HEROES of the pandemic. The people who suddenly had to have a roadmap for how to manage the massive influx of packages going in and out of their store. Keeping people 6 feet apart for their own health and for that of their teammates, their families, friends, etc. UPS drivers and store employees aren’t getting cheered when they go home at night like nurses and doctors, but they are still coming face to face with the virus all day everyday.I’m really grateful for Edwin, Gabby and Alex (our usual driver). They have been incredibly courageous and they deserve our support as a community in West LA, not a rage-written review because one’s experience didn’t match your expectation. Wake up and think about how hard that job is 8-12 hours a day or longer. This team ensures your shipments make it where they are going. They do it whilst in a pandemic, while the boxes are heavy or light, no matter how long the line is, and I can see them smiling under their masks by looking at their eyes. Thank you Alex, Gabby and Edwin. You’re always making my day, so today you get the bump and my thanks.David

The service is so efficient and friendly I contacted the company with praise. Both the young lady and the incredible young man working there. Parking outside. They also take peanuts to recycle!

This store is unreasonable and greedy. Printing was $2/page and they can’t do color. My neighborhood UPS in Santa Monica, on Ocean Park Blvd is much better, they offer cheaper printing and in color. And it’s operated by a family that lives in the neighborhood. Go there!
