It was a small money but I was angry.

Wish they did it like USPS where they simply scan your mail and email it to you.

I’ve had a box inside this store since 2017 and every year the service gets more expensive and less reliable. I’ve had issues with just reaching the store by phone. I have not been able to get through to someone by phone for at least 6-8 months. I’m also having issues with mail being returned to sender, with no record given on their part. They can’t even help me understand why it was returned or where it went. Disappointed in this store’s decline.

Today, I went to bring a return piece to Amazon, the counter lady refused to take it as is. The other UPS stores had never had a problem boxing it for me so I told her I have done this many times and had no problem at all. But the lady at the counter insisted that I have to buy a box, which is priced $4.95 to return the piece to Amazon. It was a small money but I was angry. If someone thinks I am stupid to bring the item without box, they should blame that to the UPS or AMAZON advertising department.

BEING A LARGELY CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED STORE I CAN’T UNDERSTAND WHY THE COUNTER EMPLOYEES HERE CAN’T SMILE AT CUSTOMERS ONCE IN AWHILE. I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND THE PURPOSE OF BEING A MACHO MAN IS SO IMPORTANT. i DON’T FEEL WELCOME HERE-JUST TOLERATED
