Please guys, i know for most of us this is the only UPS store near us but do your best to not give them your business. Today I needed a paper faxed, the total amount, with tax and all was 4.06 which is super overpriced but I have no other way of faxing stuff so I decided to pay it. I tried paying with the change I had in my pocket and the rest on my card. I guess the guy didn’t know how to work the system to charge two different types of ways cause he twice tried convincing me to pay with my card. He refused to take my money so I decided to cancel my transaction when he told me he had already faxed it and that I had to pay and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t. I was confused cause I had the money to pay it so somehow he found a way to charge me for the change I had and my card. An issue that could have been easily avoided if the employee wasn’t such as a-hole. Please don’t give this place your business. Last time I’ll ever go there.

Needed to have paperwork notarized. Mr. Phil Valverde seemed to be bothered by our request. Customer service was horrible. I had my elderly relative with me, I was embarrassed for her being treated with hardly any respect for her age and needing things to be explained twice. This guy needs to stay in the office or work in the back of the store. Better yet, be replaced. Not going to this place anymore
