Rude, unprofessional and ineffective staff. I have always had problems asking for services like print out mailing labels, picking up packages and returning packages. I always get an attitude from staff because unfortunately many of my packages get forwarded to this store. I have witnessed a lack of customer service and politeness to non english speaking and elder clients. I called to verify if two packages were still in the store because I used the UPS app to forward my mail to my house (paid 15 dlls to get each package delivered to my house) it’s been 2 weeks and nothing has been done. So I called and asked if the packages were still there and the girl on the phone tells me IDK. I told her I had the tracking numbers and yet she tells me again… I don’t understand what you need.
