terrible attendance. the staff seem to be new to the service. I showed my tracking number and he didn’t know what it was. I was told twice that my box was not there until I called the number of the distributor and they said the name and the time that had been delivered and after much insistence they found my box.

This location is awesome and respectful to the customers coming in dropping off items to be shipped. It’s sad that they are forced to ask everyone if they have a mask, our city officials threatening fines otherwise. It feels bad having other customers give me foul looks when i explain i can’t wear a mask. But i understand the city is fault, and i can work on igoring customers. Thanks for explaining the situation to me. Hopefully the city retracts their threats to business not forcing people to wear a mask.
