1st 2 of three months no box key. Charged for packages that can fit in my box. $10 mo for email notice of packages. Will not let you no over phone. $300+ for 1 yr $75+ for 3mo. $20 key purchase not a deposit no refundable. Only able to check box when they are open. US post office $64 6mo $94 1 yr same size box, email notifications, lobby 24 hrs, physical/po box address, and 2 not 1 key given without a fee. Right next to it in a noticeable easy to enter location. Everything about this UPS store sucks!! Just ended my contract could not wait to review. Go to post office don’t be ripped off

Worst UPS store in the country. Terrible service. I brought in a label. Charged to print the label. Charged $8 for tape. And he forgot to charge me for the envelope so had to do a separate transaction for the $4 envelope. They are supposed to make the shipping process simple and easy. Absolute ripoff. Avoid at all costs.
