The Mesa store is not where I usually do business, but it is closer to where I work. My store at four points is awesome. I went to mail Christmas packages on Dec.14th. The staff member recommended 3 day shipping, in order to arrive by Christmas. He said ground would take up to 14 days. 3 day shipping would have cost me over $50.00 to mail two packages. I knew this was price gauging and not accurate. Frankly, I couldn’t believe they were taking advantage of people. I said, “I will go to USPS,” it was a mile away. I mailed both packages Priority with extra insurance, which will arrive in 2-3 days. Total cost $20.90. Beware, I will not be returning to this location and plan on contacting UPS to file a corporate complaint.

I don’t understand why this place has so many negative reviews. It is just a place where you ship packages (among other things). This is not Disneyland where you expect the employees to make you feel special. If you are polite to people most likely you will get the same in return. I usually ship my paintings to my customers from this location and I have nothing negative to say about them. They know how to do their job. Their prices are better than Fedex! I recommend this place.
