What a horrible place! Two times I’m walking away from this location to go to another to send packages. Both times stuff made it extremely difficult (send packages), unnecessary, where in other locations the “problems“ didn’t even accrued. Disgusting! This time and (now I clearly see in the past time) their stuff members playing power game. What a horrible human beings.I’m not surprised that such a low rating already shows. I guess this is their style. I will avoid this location from now on and highly suggest you will too.

Friendly staff…but…The quality of service they offer is very bad. The fax machine does not work properly. I was sending 25 pages and the receiver told me that there were pages that were not seen, I tried 2 times and 2 times with the same result. Joselyn(manager) says that it is not a problem with his fax machine, but I share a picture of the receipts given by that machine. Do your own conclusions…

Friendly staff and clean location. If you absolutely have to go to a UPS store, this is a fine location. However the arbitrary charges for printing a label by either emailing them or using the computer isn’t customer friendly at all. It’s either $5 to email them the label, or you can go through the hassle of using an old computer for $3 + $.15/minute. I understand it’s a business, and you’re there to make money…. but it’s just frustrating. I’ll be going to this store if I absolutely need to print something, otherwise I’ll likely go to FedEx down the street.
