EDITED (in response to UPS reply here): This absolutely is not what happened nor does it reflect my experience. You continue to lie in order to avoid correcting a mistake by your staff. Your review record speaks for itself.Original post: I had a really bad experience at this store. I tried to open a mailbox and the staff helping me did not provide the information I needed before running my credit card. They charged me for 6 months of a mailbox that ended up not working for me because they gave me critical information (the address) after charging me. Then, they had the audacity to tell me that the charge was non-refundable. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me no. I contacted the UPS Corporate Office and never heard back. Needless to say, I won’t be going back here. Also, their fee for a mailbox is over twice what USPS charges. Good to know.

I have had excellent service from this store. I have used it many times as it is within walking distance from my house. I have always been treated very well even at the busiest times. Being behind a counter and dealing with the public is always a tough job and everyone gets to have an off day but I haven’t seen that yet. Very pleased.
