I will go waaay out of my way NOT to use this store. I had a very costly shipping incident a few years ago and have never gone back. They were incredibly dishonest which was only part of the story. All to say, stay away!

Seriously, the worst. I haven’t had a single positive experience. Bad customer service. This UPS store needs a technology update. The printers don’t work. Apparently, there is a printer in the back, but a manager has to be there in order to use it. And, the manager is never there. It’s worth the headache to drive the distance and go elsewhere.
