This UPS store needs a technology update. This store requires you to log into your email account in order to print return labels. They have no way of accepting emailed return labels. I really wish amazon would use FedEx for returns. I would suggest going elsewhere.

I came here because it is conveniently close to me, but compared to other UPS stores, I have to say the service here is not as good. I was charged a $2.95 convenience fee to use the computer to print because the employee at the counter couldn’t figure out how to print a pdf from my thumb drive, and the touch-screen printer console didn’t work either. The price of $0.10 a page is reasonable.
