As I customer I have choices what establishments I choose to use. I use this location because it is close to my house. However, after a transaction…a simple thank you is expected. When I do not get one, and I say thank you instead…the correct response back should either be thank you too or you are welcome. Replying back to a customer with a dismissive, uh-huh…is not the customer service I expect. I guess I will be driving an extra 2 miles in the future for the kind of appreciation as a customer, I deserve.EDIT: Your response to my review says it all in regards to your customer service…

The attendant there Ms.Diana she is the rudest person. Specially in times like these nobody likes to be harassed or spoken badly to, Definitely Dnt recommend this ups store.And yes what she described is right but she has missed the part when she was rude & not willing to help.Incident: We went there to return an Amazon package. We told her that we have the bar code she just needs to scan it this is when she told us that we will have to take a printout and give it to her. And then she started attending the customer we were not clear with what she had told us as & this was unusual. We usually go to ups they scan the code and take out the label and we leave. So we wanted to recheck with her and were waiting patiently in the corner. That is when The UPS representative Ms. Diana got agitated and asked us why were we waiting & pushed on fact that printing on our own is what we have to do. The tone of her voice and body language was not very pleasing.And thank you for extending help, we went to another ups store nearby where we were not asked to print the label on our own. They simply took the box and scanned it through our phone.The customer facing person for any business always needs to maintain a certain decorum. And everyone can understand when someone is being rude or not.Attached picture of the representative with dealt with. Next to her you can see a person had dropped of a return for which she printed the label.Please be aware of such business establishment. After reading all the reviews I can make out that they make everyone use the computer so that they get that money even if it’s not required.
