Had to mail off a number of important documents (and a check) to renew my passport—a fairly detailed process with a lot of parts that demand precision; a process I had not done before. So, I wanted to be very thorough. While the store had everything I needed to ship and track this important parcel, Peter seemed like he would have rather been doing anything else than helping me. I asked to use a stapler to attach my passport photo, and he sighed and handed it to me reluctantly when I asked if I could do it myself. Then it was a whole extra process for him to get a special stapler that could reach across the 8.5 x 11 sheet. Definitely not a friendly or helpful encounter trying to make sure I had everything in order…

Story: i’m costumer of UPS , I printed my own label from them … so the idea was to get there and ship my item using a bubble bag and a shipping small box from UPS… I got there, I asked for the UPS bubble bag and box and he pointed to a bunch of gray shipping products they have for “costumers” . I asked about the UPS ones , because when you use their service they don’t charge you for those… they guy said you have those bubble bags right there (no nice actitud) …I put my item inside and then the guy charge me $5 dollars for the bubble bag! … I say to the guy.. so you don’t have your own products for your COSTUMERS , and charged $5 dollars for 1 bubble bag !? … of course the “human” attending me wasn’t capable to say anything more than “have a good day” (fkyou) .PD: the big guy, was the nice guy called Peter.
