It’s been 10.5 months since filing the first insurance claim and still have not received anything back. Shipped a brand new computer which was heavily damaged and have called / emailed countless times. They don’t show up on the better business bureau, so can’t report them there. It’s maddening when the manager is a nice guy but there has been zero results for this.Basically it’s this: go ship your package anywhere else. If you pay for insurance, don’t expect to get anything in return. You might as well not pay for shipping and just take the risk because their insurance is a complete and utter scam. Jump through a million hoops completing documents and sending photos only to have UPS Corporate tell you that this store is responsible for paying out the claim. Then, this store refiles the claim and nothing happens. They just try to make you think something is happening until you eventually forget about them and become filled with rage a month later.
