I have not had any issues with them but then again I mainly use the ups store to drop off packages. I would only ask for them to work on their happy face. I understand we are in a pandemic but no one is being vaccinated against friendliness! If you drive up to San Antonio you’ll notice the difference between those people and the people in the Rio grande valley. They are genuinely nicer and happier up there.

I have called for two days in a row trying to locate my package and no answer. 30 calls or so in total and they have yet to pick up. I just gave birth, I have a newborn so I don’t have the time to drive to location. Would give 0 stars if I could. Contacted UPS customer support and they helped me in 5 minutes.
