My sister and I went to this store to send packages, 3 a piece (big boxes).. no way one of us could hold them all.. we were both wearing masks.. the man behind the counter told us that unless we were both paying one of us had to leave.. he said it was a rule.. we’re over the age of 30.. so we weren’t loud or playing.. it was as soon as we opened the door.. and walked in.. incredibly rude…

Bad customer service. Bought two boxes in the morning, asked the clerk if I could return them if they where the wrong size, the guy did not respond. Tried returning the boxes in the afternoon, the guy at the counter said no. I asked for a return policy sign and they said they did not have one due to Corporate not wanting them to have a sign up. Should have read the other reviews before coming to this place. Won’t be bring back my business. Save the hassle and go somewhere else.
