The only ups store to ever charge me for a return label. I’ve been sending Amazon boxes back for years! Never! Then she tried to say somehow it was my fault! Go somewhere else. I’m sure there are better up stores in the area that don’t charge $2.50 for a label.

Hello everyone! I just gave this place a call a few minutes ago and the manager was very rude! She said to me their is no one with your name with a box at this location! You should call the other two location in this area. (very sternly) I told her ohh yes there is I paid 60+ dollars for that box, look it up. So after giving her my name which was in the system, she never felt compassion so as to say I’m sorry sir. Humility is a quality to be cultivated and amplified!Please be patient with her y’all because I’m sure she is very busy women. However, this is unacceptable for a 6 minute conversation.There’s very proficient capable people who are desirous of that position. Who will not speak before the injury.Therefore, hopefully the new lady I just spoke who was much more amiable excels exceptionally! Thanks for your time and pupils!BE SAFEWEAR MASK
