They are wonderful, so much so that when our house is finished being built we will continue with their services. They notify us of mail, parcels everything. We know where our stuff is and no need to worry about porch pirates. Peace of mind is Priceless. We do not have a box at this location after reading reviews we may just stay with the location we have now.One reason for keeping a box, is where our house is being built, they have those key lock communal boxes and only 3 package boxes so if people are out of town during holidays etc., those boxes may be unavailable for quite sometime. We will keep our box and peace of mind. Thank you UPS.I will say this to any company, please never discount customer service because it is the very back bone of any business it is so important, I can’t stress that enough. Customer Service can make or break a business

Fantastic people and service. I am entirely puzzled by the occasional negative review. I have been treated, on every single visit, with friendly professionalism. Numerous staff have even offered to help me take packages out to my vehicle. They generously lend their handtruck. On a couple occasions, when I thought I might be a package short, they spend time and effort on their own phones trying to resolve the issue. Never has there actually been a lost package. I would conservatively guess that I’ve had 1000 packages delivered there. I suspect the complainers are difficult to please in general.
