This is one the best customer service experiences I have ever had with any shipping establishment. Alice was very patient with me and provided assistance that exceeded my expectations. I only needed a small piece of bubble wrap and instead of having me purchase an entire role, she proactively gave me a piece. She also reviewed my shipping options and explained them to me. She answered all my questions perfectly.
