If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I shipped a package back in March, paying extra for priority shipping, so it could get delivered to the United Kingdom as quickly as possible. It’s been over 2 months and my package has yet to arrive to my family there. It did make a friendly stop in Japan in its travels! So happy to see my package taking the most direct route to the United Kingdom!But the icing is when I called in to talk about it. When you ship a package international through UPS they don’t tell you that they ship it through USPS. So when I call in with my tracking number, the UPS workers tell me they can’t help me because it is a “USPS tracking number”. Regardless of my telling them that I paid UPS to handle my shipping, they are helpless and have no sense of accountability for your personal affects or belongings.Such a lack of professionalism and customer service. I have received a constant run-around in trying to resolve this issue, and not a single UPS employee from this location or the larger organization has been any help in my situation.In the time it has taken my package to be transported in the UK, I could have flown there, quarantined for 14 days, delivered the package myself, fly back to the states, quarantine for another 14 days and still have a month left.Spend your money elsewhere folks.

Best shipping store I have ever used. The workers are always jolly and superbly professional. Service is speedy and thorough. My most-recent visit took only 20 seconds to get a return label printed at the register and package dropped off. They’ve helped me with printing and copy services on previous visits. They can also help you safely package and ship electronics, such as a laptop.

Sadly this store can’t print certain things. As an employee stated the Printers don’t have the features that allow for multiple purposes for printing. The owner of this store should look into getting these features on the printers.Other stores I’ve gone to I have no issues printing what I need. The UPS Store’s main slogan is it helps small businesses with their needs which includes PRINTING as advertised. Mailers, flyers, business cards ect. Would be great if the printers could have the multiple functions on them at this location.
