I was here on Monday right when they opened and there was a long line. I was lucky number 11 and had to wait outside due to the pandemic. I was amazed how fast Tony and Jose were. They got people in and out quick and were super friendly, so they wait wasn’t long at all. I was pleased to hear that all the staff here are Notary Public’s and was also able to mail out my documents via USPS since it was going to the IRS. Keep up the great work guys.

I have been coming to this location for over 3 years now and finally decided to give Hardeep, Tony and the staff a review. The team here is amazing and I was shocked to see the previous review and all the false allegations. I have asked to use the dolly a few times when I had a 95lbs package and their dolly is in clear view for customers to see. The staff here always wears masks and have clear signage to wear masks and social distancing marks on the floor. I have heard customers ask if they have hand sanitizer and they kind say they do and get from the back counter. They recently got some and placed it on the front counters. This Kelly person seems to be angry that she didn’t get the job and wanted to make this location look bad with these false accusations.The 2 new team members are great and when I was there yesterday (12/4/20), they asked a question to Tony while he himself was helping a customer. For someone who is not at the store how can Kelly ask him a question if he is not at the store, very contradictory if you ask me. I have seen a customer bring food (pizza and tacos) to the staff so I know they get lunch and breaks.I love this location. They are fast and efficient, even when there is a line out the door (COVID-19 procedures being followed), they get us out in a timely manner. Love that they always have a Public Notary on staff all day since that is my main purpose for my frequent visits other than my shipping. Hardeep & Tony you have a great team and keep up the great work you and your team do.

This place was so busy! But they are organized and was out in short time like less than 5 minutes the lone was outside. Marisol R took care of everything I needed and answered all my questions. Very professional and friendly! Love this ups store thank you Marisol!!
